Documentation index

Every link in the site footer resolves to a documented section on this page. Nothing here is cosmetic — each entry describes how the platform actually behaves.

Brands

VoraPay — Lifeblood Credit

VoraPay is the consumer brand of the Vora Group Ecosystem. It issues short-cycle credit for fuel, vehicle maintenance and everyday liquidity, settled through the user's BVN-linked accounts. Every VoraPay account is bound by the Triple-Lock identity (NIN + BVN + AI Liveness) and protected by Vora Guard real-time vehicle telemetry where applicable.

OjaFlow — Market Liquidity

OjaFlow is the merchant brand. It provides working capital to traders and SMEs, payment-QR acceptance, and a daily-settlement Trade Ledger. Merchants are onboarded through the same Triple-Lock identity rails and inherit the same regulatory-grade audit trail as consumer accounts.

TrustNaira — The Secured Vault

TrustNaira is the institutional brand. It accepts capital deployments into the same liquidity engine that funds VoraPay and OjaFlow disbursements. All vault balances are reconciled against the Immutable Ledger and reported under the regulator of the originating market.

Trust

Security

Vora Group operates a directory-based security architecture. The Sentinel administrative directory is hardware-key-bound, biometric-gated and protected by a 30-minute MFA session. All privileged actions are intercepted by the Administrative Guardrail and appended to the Immutable Ledger with severity 'critical'. No human writes to balances directly; all financial mutations are executed by the Sentinel-1 agent. Devices used to sign in are fingerprinted (browser, IP, hardware ID) and visible to the user under 'My Devices'.

Compliance

The platform is regulator-agnostic. Each operating market injects its own rules through src/lib/markets.ts: Nigeria (CBN), Ghana (BoG) and Kenya (CBK) at launch. Reports are exported in the local currency and statutory format directly from the Regulatory Reporting Hub. Consumer protection: caps on rollover interest, mandatory cooling-off on credit-limit upgrades, and full disclosure of the GSI mandate before any drawdown.

GSI Recovery

The Global Standing Instruction is the regulatory recovery primitive that makes Vora credit safe. Under CBN circular FPR/DIR/PUB/CIR/01/050 (and equivalents in Ghana and Kenya), a borrower permanently authorizes Vora to debit any of their BVN-linked accounts when an obligation goes past due. The mandate is captured via a physical Slide-to-Accept gesture — never a single tap. Recovery sweeps are initiated by the Sentinel-1 agent, not by humans, and every sweep is logged immutably.

Privacy

We collect only what is required to verify identity, score credit and meet regulatory reporting obligations. Personally Identifiable Information (NIN, BVN, phone, email, address) is encrypted at rest and is never shown on public surfaces. Investor Presentation Mode anonymizes all PII in the Immutable Ledger while preserving financial metrics. Users can request a full data export or deletion of non-statutory records by contacting privacy@voragroup.africa. Statutory records are retained for the period required by the operating regulator.
